Tickets for shows this season are on sale via Ticketsource. For online bookings please visit www.ticketsource.co.uk/westovians or by Telephone on 0333 666 3366

Starting from 1st March, Ticketsource will be abolishing their £2.00 Telephone Box Office service fee. That’s right; ticket buyers will no longer pay a supplementary service fee when booking over the phone. Telephone bookers will pay exactly the same as someone booking online.

Ticketsource telephone box office service is available from Monday to Friday (9.00am to 7.00pm) and Saturday (9.00am to 5pm) excluding Bank Holidays

All calls received to Ticketsource outside of available hours will operate on an answerphone and call back basis.

Theatre doors open at 6.30-6.45pm each performance and shows start at 7.30pm.

Refund Policy

Exchanges will be allowed for our own performances, either to later in the show run or for another show in the season, subject to availability of seats. For hires, we will need to confirm with the hire organisers whether refunds are being offered and indeed whether we are managing the box office for them. 

Theatre Notices:

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted anywhere in the theatre. Latecomers may not be allowed to take their seats whilst the play is in progress. An induction loop system is in operation : please set hearing aids to channel “T”. The Bar and Coffee Bar open 30 minutes before each performance and the bar will remain open afterwards. You may pre-order your drinks and coffee before the performance to avoid waiting during the interval
