Thank you for visiting the Westovian Theatre. Your continued support by attending our shows is much appreciated.

 

Returns and exchange policy

We do not offer refunds unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

 

If you find that you are unable to attend a performance we can exchange your tickets, provided you do so prior to the performance designated on the ticket*. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges on tickets for show dates that have already passed.

 

In the event of a performance being cancelled or rescheduled, we will endeavour to get in touch and offer an exchange or full refund for the performances affected. If you are uncertain about a show cancellation, have a query, or would like to claim an exchange/refund you can contact us through one of the following channels:

  • Telephone our box office: 0191 456 0980 (open on performance evenings 6:30 – 8pm)

Carer’s tickets and discounts

We offer free tickets to registered carers. These tickets cannot be booked online however they can be obtained from the Visitor Information Centre at The Word, or from our box office on the evening of a performance*.

 

The Westovians currently offer a discount on group bookings: 1 ticket free for every 10 tickets purchased in one transaction*.

Please note that when booking tickets through TicketSource a booking fee will be added.
